General Information

Arrival / Departure

The apartments can be booked per week, from Saturday to Saturday. On the day of arrival, the apartments will be available around 4 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. We will charge 100% of the entire reservation period for late arrivals or early departures.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, postal money order or credit card.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

For reservations cancelled up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged. For cancellations from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the entire reservation period will be charged, while 50% will be charged for cancellations from 14 to 3 days in advance. For cancellations from 2 days or less in advance, and in case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION COVERAGE

To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel cancellation coverage. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information and the relative form.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, traveller’s cheques, American Express, Diners, Visa and Euro/Mastercard.

FURNISHINGS

All apartments are completely furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, exhaust hood, microwave oven with grill function, refrigerator with freezer, pots and pans. Bed linens and bathroom towels are also provided. Make-up mirror and hair-dryer. Free WiFi Internet connection is available in all apartments. Children’s beds and highchairs are available on request. Buggies on request and to be paid separately.

APARTMENT CLEANING SERVICE

Weekly rates include two bathroom towel changes per week, one cleaning during the week with bed linen change and a final cleaning.  A surcharge of € 80 per apartment will be applied for each additional cleaning service.
